How we push conversion up
The levers we pull on every offer, roughly in the order we pull them.
Angle testing
Five to ten ways to sell the same product, tested side by side before any one of them gets real budget.
Creative volume
Statics, video and UGC-style clips in batches. Fresh creatives keep the cost per click from creeping up.
Warm-up pages
A pre-lander, quiz or story page between the ad and your order form, so fewer cold visitors drop out.
Local copy
Native speakers write each market, with local prices, units, seasons and ways of speaking.
Mobile speed
Light pages that load fast on a phone, because most of the traffic is mobile and every second costs orders.
Feedback from your side
Approval rates and call-centre notes tell us which sources bring buyers, and we move budget accordingly.
From brief to scale
What happens after you send an offer, and what you get at each step. Timing depends on approvals on your side and on the ad platforms.
Brief and review, day 1 to 2
We go through the product, your funnel and what competitors run in each country. You get a reply with the angles we’d test, the sources we’d start on and any questions about payout, caps or approval rules.
Terms agreed
Payout, caps, allowed sources and the reporting schedule, confirmed by email or in a contract. You always know which sources your traffic will come from before we spend anything.
Funnel built
Creatives in batches, the right page for each source (short and visual for Meta, an advertorial for Outbrain, a light mobile page for Xiaomi Ads) and tracking tested with a live conversion.
Test launch
Many variants on a small budget. You see the first leads and the first approval rates within days, broken down by source and creative.
Scale
More budget on what works, new creatives before the old ones get tired, then new countries. If the offer allows it, we add a second and third source.
Report and reconcile
Spend, leads, approval rate and ROI, matched with your data before every payout. If something doesn’t add up, we find out why together.
How we approach each vertical
Different products are bought for different reasons. These are the angles we usually start testing with.
Health and wellness
Everyday routines, comfort, sleep habits, staying active. We sell the ritual and the experience of using the product, and keep claims to what the label supports, so campaigns run longer.
Food and drinks
Taste, origin, recipes and the moment of the day the product belongs to. Seasonal angles work well here: winter drinks, summer salads, holiday baking.
Cosmetics
Texture, ingredients, how it feels on the skin and how it fits into a routine. Close-up photos and short videos usually beat polished studio shots.
Home, kitchen and garden
A problem everyone in the house knows, and a product that solves it. Demonstrations, before-and-after of the task (not the person) and practical how-to pages.
Cash on delivery, done properly
In much of Central and Southern Europe, people still prefer to pay when the parcel arrives. COD offers live or die on approval rate, so we build for it.
- Pages that set expectationsPrice, delivery time and what’s in the box are clear before the form, so fewer people change their mind on the phone.
- Forms that make sense locallyPhone formats, address fields and wording that feel normal in each country.
- Feedback from the call centreApproval and buyout by source and creative, plus notes on why leads didn’t buy. It goes straight into the next round of tests.
- Budget follows buyoutsA source with cheap leads and low buyout gets less money than one with fewer, better leads.
What you see in our reports
Short, regular and focused on money. If you prefer your own format or a shared sheet, we’ll use that.
| Metric | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Spend | What went into the campaign, by source |
| Leads or sales | Conversions counted by the tracker, matched with yours |
| Approval and buyout rate | How many leads became real orders |
| Cost per approved lead | The number that tells you what a customer actually costs |
| ROI | What came back for every euro spent |
| Next tests | What we’re trying next and why |
Questions advertisers ask
For anything specific to your offer, use the advertiser form.
Which traffic sources do you use?
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Outbrain and Xiaomi Ads, and soon DSP platforms. We pick based on the product, the country and where its buyers spend time.
Which payout models do you work on?
CPA, CPL and cash-on-delivery leads. We can also manage your own media budget.
Can we approve creatives before launch?
Yes. We agree on it at the start and send the main ads and pages before they go live.
What about lead quality?
We watch approval rate by source and creative, and cut whatever brings leads that don’t buy. The traffic is ours, bought on named sources, never incentivised.
Do you only work in Europe?
Mostly. Ask about other markets and we’ll tell you if we can do them well.
