The short version
- We buy every click ourselves, on sources we name to you before launch.
- No bots, no incentivised traffic, no cookie stuffing, no brand bidding unless you allow it.
- We watch approval rates by source and creative, and switch off what brings leads that don’t buy.
1. Where the traffic comes from
Our campaigns run on Facebook and Instagram, on Outbrain’s native placements on news sites and on Xiaomi Ads placements inside Android phones. We are preparing to add DSP platforms. The traffic sources page explains how we buy on each. Before a campaign starts, we tell you which of these we plan to use for your offer. We don’t move your offer to a source you haven’t agreed to, and we don’t resell traffic bought by someone else.
Every visitor reaches your offer after seeing one of our ads and, usually, one of our landing pages. The ads and pages are written for the country the campaign runs in, so the people who click understand what they are clicking.
2. What we never use
- Bots and fake clicks. We don’t buy or generate automated traffic of any kind.
- Incentivised traffic. Nobody is paid, rewarded or entered into a draw for clicking or filling in a form.
- Cookie stuffing and forced redirects. Visitors arrive at your offer because they clicked through to it.
- Brand bidding. We don’t bid on your brand name unless you allow it in writing.
- Fake or reused lead data. Leads come only from real people filling in a real form.
3. How we check lead quality
Volume only matters if it turns into sales. For every campaign we track leads and approvals by source, campaign and creative using sub-IDs in the tracking link. When a source or a creative brings leads with a low approval rate, it loses budget or gets switched off, even if its cost per lead looks good.
We also look at the landing pages themselves. A page that promises too much brings people who change their minds on the phone, so we write pages that set honest expectations about the product, the price and the delivery.
4. Cash-on-delivery offers
On COD offers, the call centre is where a lead becomes a sale. We ask for regular approval and buyout data, and where possible notes from the call centre: wrong numbers, people who didn’t expect the price, people who wanted a different size. That feedback goes straight into the next round of creatives and pages.
5. Reporting and reconciliation
We share spend, leads, approval rate and return on investment on an agreed schedule. Before every payout, we compare our conversion data with yours. If the numbers don’t match, we look for the reason together before anything is invoiced.
6. If something looks wrong
If you see suspicious leads, unusual patterns or traffic from a source we didn’t agree on, tell us through the advertiser form or your usual contact. We check the source, pause it if needed and come back to you with what we found.
