A few things that help us give you a useful answer the first time.
Advertisers: what makes a good brief?
A link to the product or shop, the countries you can deliver to, the payout model and rate, daily caps, the traffic sources you allow and anything that must not appear in ads. If you have numbers from earlier campaigns, share them: they save us days of testing.
How quickly do you reply?
On working days, usually within one or two days. Briefs with all the details above get the fastest answer. Privacy requests are answered within one month, as the GDPR requires.
Affiliate networks and platforms: what should I include?
Your offers or inventory by country and vertical, payout or pricing, payment terms and a link where we can see more. We read everything, and reply when there’s something we can test.
How do the forms work?
They don’t send anything by themselves. The button opens your own email app with the message already filled in, addressed to us. Check it, attach files if you want, and press send. You can also just email [email protected].
I’m a customer with a question about an order.
We don’t sell products ourselves. Orders, deliveries and returns are handled by the shop where you bought; their contact details are on the order confirmation or the shop’s website.
