1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the Entuziasti website, including the concept pages in the Our work section and the contact forms. By using the website you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.
2. What this website is
This website presents Entuziasti, a media buying team, and the services we offer: buying traffic, producing creatives and landing pages, and running performance campaigns for advertisers and affiliate offers. Its content is general information. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a promise of results or professional advice.
3. Working with us
Every cooperation starts with a conversation and is agreed in writing before any campaign goes live: by email, in an insertion order or in a contract. That agreement sets the offer, the payout model and rate, caps, allowed traffic sources, approval rules, reporting and payment terms. If anything in that agreement differs from this website, the agreement wins.
Campaign results depend on the product, the market, the season, the advertiser’s funnel and the ad platforms. Descriptions of how we work are not a guarantee of any particular number of leads, sales or return on investment.
4. Concept pages
The pages in the Our work section were made by Entuziasti to show formats and design. Their brands (Kwasek, Lumen, Lino Siesta, Beetwerk, Main Douce and Sal da Ria) are fictional. Nothing is sold on them. Prices shown there are examples, buy buttons don’t lead to a shop and the pages are not advertising for any real product. Photos on them come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash licence.
5. Market data and other information
Figures on the Market data page and elsewhere are quoted from the third-party sources named next to them, with the date of publication. They belong to their publishers and may be revised after we quote them. Our comments on those figures are our own reading, not part of the source. We check the information on this website carefully, but we can’t guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors.
6. Using the contact forms
The forms prepare an email in your own email app; nothing is sent until you send it there. Please use them for their purpose and give accurate information. Don’t send spam, advertising for other services, malicious links or files, or personal data of other people without their permission. We may ignore or block messages that break these rules. How we handle the data you send is explained in the privacy policy.
7. Content and trademarks
The texts, design, code and concept pages of this website belong to Entuziasti. You may link to any page and quote short parts with a link back. Copying whole pages or the concept designs, or reusing them commercially, needs our written permission.
Names of platforms, networks and organisations mentioned on this website, such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Outbrain, Teads, Xiaomi, IAB Europe or Eurostat, belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe the channels we work with or the sources we quote. Mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse us or are our clients.
8. Links to other websites
We link to official legal texts, data sources and platforms. We don’t control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
9. Liability
The website is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t guarantee that it will always be online or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses caused by relying on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms when the website or our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version published when you use the website is the one that applies.
